Eva Lou Fowler, age 86, of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2008 at Northhaven Healthcare. Mrs. Fowler attended the Church of God Union Assembly in LaFollette.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Melton Fowler, son, Michael Fowler, and infant daughter, Patricia Fowler.
Survivors include: daughter, Teresa Christie; granddaughters, Shelley Sewell, Kim Tenney, Tami Kittrell, Ali Fowler; great-grandchildren, Amber, Hayley, Hannah, Matthew, Sydney, and Jeremy; brothers, James Moses, Wayne Moses, and Troy Moses.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Northhaven, who have been like family to the Fowlers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northhaven Healthcare Center, 3300 N. Broadway, Knoxville TN 37917.
The Fowler family will receive friends in the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel, on Wednesday from 2 to 2:30 pm. Funeral services will follow, with Rev. Ben Ward officiating.
Interment services will be held in Greenwood Cemetery directly afterward.
