She was born in McMinn County, and was a former resident of New Orleans for many years. A daughter of the late W.F. and Sara Dye Moses, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence J. Segretto; three sisters, Mamie Martin, Belva Tallent and Beulah Culpepper; and two brothers, Charles and Creed Moses.
Survivors include one sister, Eva Fowler of Knoxville; four brothers, James Moses, Reece Moses and Wayne Moses, all of Etowah, and Troy Moses of Dalton, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.
