Elva Rose was only 50 at the time of her death in Kansas City, Missouri. She left 3 wonderful cousins for me. Earl, Glenn (Bob) and George. Only George is still living.

Elva was the 6th child of 10 belonging to Printice Doile and Delila Reeder. A very pretty woman and according to my father, the sweet one of the family.

George and Glenn both were at D-Day. They were on a merchant ship that on Dec 9, 1941 and became part of the United States Navy. George later volentered on that same ship, "Jerimiah", a Liberty ship docked in the San Francisco Bay.

All three of her sons, Glenn Robert=Earl Wesley & Goerge all served during World War II.
