Athens, AL - Mrs. Classie E. Barran, 82, of Rt. 6, Athens, died Wednesday at her residence.
The funeral will be today at 3 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home chapel with Carl Johnson and Matthew Russell officiating. Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Birdie Battles of Royal Oak, Mich., and Mrs. Jane Guzzo and Mrs. Ann Sayers, both of Huntsville and Mrs. JoAnn Davis of Athens; two sons Winfred Barran and Wendell Barran, both of Athens; a sister, Mrs. Annie Latham; 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
