AMITY, Mo. — Milton Alfred Steiner, 81, Amity, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2010.
Went by Alfred.
Alfred, son of Ernest Frank and Jenne A. (Hlavac) Steiner, was born June 29, 1928, in Amity.
Alfred was a lifelong resident of the Amity community. On September 26, 1964, Alfred and Zola May Adams were united in marriage.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Zola May Steiner; one brother, Richard Francis Steiner; and one sister, Lorraine Zoubek.
Survivors include seven brothers and sisters; Marjorie Heitz, St. Joseph, Charles Steiner, Independence, Mo., Evelyn Ripper, St. Joseph, James Steiner, Amity, William Steiner, Los Angeles, Calif., Wayne Steiner, St. Joseph, and Franklin Steiner, Forsythe, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, Bram-Turner Funeral Home, Maysville, Mo., with burial in Winslow Cemetery. Family will receive friends one half hour prior to funeral service.
