Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Harmony Baptist Church with Curtis Briley officiating. Burial will be in the Hardshell Cemetery with Mays-Brown Service directing.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Maude Jeffreys; two sons, Ernest B. Jeffreys, Leighton, Walter H. Jeffreys, Rockford, Ill.; two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Sims, Rockford, Ill., Mrs. Melba Tidwell, Rockford, Ill.; four brothers, Ernest Jeffreys. Leighton, Obie Jeffreys, Town Creek, Aaron Jeffreys, Sheffield, Lonnie Jeffreys, Sheffield; four sisters, Mrs. Lockie Dawson, Mrs. Laura Dawson, both of Leighton, Mrs. Myrtle Brackin, Betty Agee Jeffreys, Town Creek.
The body will be at the home of Ernest Jeffreys until time for the services.
