Mrs. Ida Hoover, 78, widow of Isaac N. Hoover, New Holland R1, died Monday in the Lancaster General hospital after a long illness. She was a daughter of the late Joseph and Emaline Powl Burkholder, West Earl township, and a member of the Groffdale Mennonite Church, Surviving are these sons and daughters: Henry, Ephrata R2; Emma, wife of Titus Martin, Lititz R1; Miss Anna Hoover, at home; Frank, New Holland R1; Barbara, wife of Isaac High, Ephrata R3; Cora, wife of Frank Seibel, Lititz R2; and Isaac B., Bareville R3. Thirty-four grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and these brothers and sisters also survive; Mrs. Isaac Zimmerman, Bareville R1; Mrs. Katie Lausch, Farmersville; Frank Burkholder, Ephrata and Ezra Burkholder, Ephrata R3.

Funeral today at 2 in the Groffdale Mennonite church with interment in adjoining cemetery.
