Tillie Runk
HANOVER - Tillie Runk, 82, of 536 Fulton St., died at 5:45 p.m. Sunday at Hanover General Hospital. She was the wife of Harvey H. Runk, who died in 1958.
The service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Wetzel Funeral Home, 549 Carlisle St. Burial will be in Black Rock Church of the Brethren Cemetery. Viewing will be Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Runk was born at Lineboro, Md., the daughter of the late Edward and Katie (Sterner) Berwager.
She was a member of Gospel Tabernacle God's Missionary Church.
Mrs. Runk is survived by two sons, Edward H. Runk, South Queen St., Littlestown, and Merle P. Runk, Fuhrman Mill Road; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Helen Bupp, Ruthetta Garrett and Goldie Luckenbaugh, all of Hanover.
Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Alvin R. Shaffer.
