Mary E. Kline, 89, of Unityville Pa., went to be with the lord Aug. 4, 2011, at Maria Hall in Danville, Pennsylvia. Born Feb. 22, 1922, a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Kovach Chiki.

She was a graduate of Berwick High school class 1940, her husband and she operated Klines General Store for many years. Mary enjoyed reading, quilting, sewing, puzzles, and all crafts in general. Enjoyed traveling. A member Christ the King Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Marvin E. Kline Sr and a son Marvin E. Kline Jr. Two sisters Theresa Chamberlain and Agnes Federici

She is survived by two sons, William Kline and wife Jane, of Hughesville, Pa.., and Thomas Kline and wife Janis, of Salt Lake City Utah. A daughter-in-law, Bess Marie Kline, Bloomsburg. Two brothers Charles Chiki, of Berwick Pa., and Rudolph Chiki, of Winter Park, Fla. Two sisters Louise Kovach, St. Petersburg, Fla., and Rose Chiki, of Berwick Pa. Seven Grandchildren and nine Great grand children.

Services will be Monday, Aug. 8, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Bunnell Funeral Home Inc., 179 E. Main St., Millville, Pa., with her pastor father Tim Marcoe officiating. Friends may call Monday from 12 p.m. until time of service. Burial will be at Salem Cemetery.
