Mrs Charles Bair wife of an Allen County farmer living on Route 1, Carlye, died today at St. John's Hospital from double pnomonia.
She was 46 years old and the mother of seven children.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Sleeper Service Rooms, conducted by the Rev. Troy Warner and burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
Mrs Bair was born in the county and was a member of the Methodist Church.Mrs Bair leaves to mourn her passing husband Charles Bair Sr, her children Charles Junior, Pauline, Maxine, Lila Bell, Betty Jean, all of the home; Mrs Francis Perkins,Humboldt, and Mrs Mable Wemmer, Iola, Kansas. Also her parents John Madison and Mary Francis (McHenry) Cooper of Humboldt area.
Lula Bernice was also preceded in death by her baby son
Clarence Elvin Bair at 4 days old, Also a brother James Harold Cooper in 1918.
Lula will be missed by her family, friends and nieces and nephews.
The pall bearers were J.P. Willhite, Robert Hanim, F.S. Doty, George O'Brien, Joe Potts and F.L. Swearingen all friends from the Cresent Valley Community.
