Connors in 1933 and served as chief deputy jailer under Connors in 1938. He was the son of the late Joseph Muenninghoff, a County Commissioner for several years. He was a member of the Holy Name and St. Joseph's Orphan Societies and the National Association of Post Office Supervisors.
