Mrs. Jarratt died January 14, 1995 at Mitchell County Hospital. She was born August 25, 1918 in Colorado City. She married James Jarratt on December 8, 1946 in San Angelo.
Mrs. Jarratt had lived in Mitchell County most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Colorado City.
Survivors include her husband, James Jarratt of Colorado City; one son, Don Jarratt of Cloudcroft, N.M.; one daughter, Vickie Rees of Colorado City; one brother, M. P. Dorn Jr. of Coahoma; two sisters, Christine Bell of Colorado City and Virginia Whirley of Bowie; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren
