COLORADO CITY - Mrs. Edna Christine Bell, age 92, died Thurs , May 24, 2007, in a care center Services were held Tuesday at Dorn Chapel with Rev Jackie Brem officiating. Burial followed in the Dorn Cemetery, under the direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bell was born Aug. 11, 1914, in Mitchell County to Melvin Pierce Dorn and Kathryn Roach Witt. She married Homer R. Bell on Oct. 24, 1931, in Colorado City. He preceded her in death on
October 13, 1996. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Street Baptist Church in Colorado City.
She is survived by daughters, Janell and husband, Ernest Bailey of Alabama, and Shirley and husband, Ty Comstock of Denison, sons, Jimmy and wife, Iris Bell of Wyoming, Raymond and wife, Dorothy Bell of Colorado City; Danny and Jenie Bell of Colorado City; and one brother, Junior Dorn of Colorado City.
She was preceded in death by her husband, mother and father
