SPRINGFIELD/GLENNVILLE - Anne Dasher Norburg, 77, died Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at Effingham County Extended Care.
The Tattnall County native had lived in Savannah most of her life and was employed with Atlanta Gas Company and Savannah Sugar Refinery, retiring after many years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Marcus L. and Mattie Jones Dasher; brothers, Vernon Dasher, Remer Dasher, Thurman Dasher; sisters, Katie D. Rushing and Fannie D. Holland.
Survivors include one sister, Dean D. King of Moultrie, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 9:00 am, Saturday, November 21, 2009 at the funeral home.
Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville.
Burial will follow in Battle Creek Church Cemetery.
