Prominent Crookston Grocery-man for 35 years stricken at home
John Scully, 62 years old, prominent Crookston resident, died Sunday afternoon at his home, 505 Steenerson Avenue, after an illness of several months.
Born in Canada, he came to Crookston 35 years ago and engaged in the grocery business.
He is survived by his wife, a son John Jr., and three daughters Laura, Mary and Blanche, all at home.
Mr. Scully was a member of the Knights of Columbus order and was prominent in activities of the Cathedral.
