Aquilla was the daughter of Henry Harding(1839-1910) and Mary Ann (Adams) Harding(1845-1909). Aquilla was most-likely born in Lancaster or Juniata County, PA. Her parents were both from Lancaster County, but they are found in Fayette Twp., Juniata County in 1870. Aquilla's family moved to Shelby County, IN about 1871.

Aquilla married William P. Anderson on September 25, 1887 in Shelby County, IN. William and Aquilla were the parents of three children:

Mary C. "Carrie" Anderson b 7-2-1888
Charles Henry Anderson b 7-8-1889

Aquilla's life was short. She died at age 33y 7m 3d. According to her death certificate, Aquilla was buried in the Asbury Cemetery in Morristown, Shelby County, IN. There is no legible stone, however.

My relationship is that William and Aquilla were my maternal gg-grandparents.
