Harrison J. Lane, 76, passed away Monday, Dec. 21, 2009, at a local Fort Worth hospital.

Service: 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Greenwood Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Greenwood Funeral Home.

Harrison was born March 19, 1933, in Old Joe, Ark. He was a member of Las Vegas Trail Church of Christ. After being honorably discharged from the United States Air Force, Mr. Lane worked in the Department of Defense as a civil service employee, retiring in 1984.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Allie F. Lane.

Survivors: Sons, Rick Lane and wife, Mary Ann, Ron Lane, and Ray Lane; brother, Dean Lane; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
