Mrs. Edward Brown Succumbs At 48
CROWLEY, La. - Mrs. Edward Brown, 48, the former Rosalie Austin, died at her residence in Crowley early today after an illness of 10 months.
Last rites have been tentatively set for 3 p.m. Wednesday. Burial is to be in the old Protestant cemetery. Until the hour of services the body will be at the family residence.
Surviving besides her husband are three sons, Clarence, David, and Walter Brown, all of Crowley; and five daughters, Mrs. Roy Miller of Iota and the Misses Laura Bell, Alice, Nolie, and Mildred Brown, all of Crowley.
The Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home is in charge of burial arrangements.
