Edward Brown Rites Monday

CROWLEY, La. - Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home chapel in Crowley for Edward Brown, 59, a Westlake carpenter, who died Thursday afternoon in a Lafayette Hospital. Burial will be in the Old Protestant Cemetery.

Survivors include three sons, Clarence, David, and Walter Brown, all of Crowley; five daughters, Mrs. Roy Miller of Iota, Misses Laura Belle and Mildred Brown of Kaplan, Mrs. Wilson Weldon of Alexandria; and Miss Noelie Brown of Erath; six brothers, Fred Brown of Jennings, and Foy, Wayne, Woodrow, Cleve, and Frank Brown, all of Bradner, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Raines of Cherry Grove, West Virginia, and Miss Mary Brown of Pennsylvania; and 17 grandchildren
