Born May 23, 1917, in Lincoln County, she was a daughter of the late John Smith Harris and Mary Lize Frazier Harris. She was the widow of Samuel Edward Saylor, a homemaker, a member of Mount Hebron Baptist Church and a past member of WMU.
Survivors include three sons, Lowell Saylor (Alma), Morris Saylor (Dorothy) and Wayne Saylor (Pat), all of Waynesburg; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Curtis Saylor; five brothers and four sisters.
Funeral service begins at 2 p.m. Saturday at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Johnny Thompson will officiate. Visitation will be 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be given to Mount Hebron Baptist Church Building Fund.
