Measles Fatal to Myrle Taylor from Fremon

Myrle Taylor daughter of David and Anna M. Taylor died of measles at her home at Fremont January 26. She had been ill a week.
Myrle was born at Fremont December 19, 1917. She was a sophomore in the Wayne high school where she was vice president of the class and a favorite among her school mates. She is survived by her parents; four brothers, Alvin, Vance, Evan and Don, and two sisters, DeIda and Anna Dean all of Fremont.
Funeral services were held in the Fremont ward chapel January 28, under direction of Bishop Earl L. Albrecht. Speakers were Robert A. Taylor, Rex Albrecht, Wm. C. Jensen, President W. F. Webster and Bishop Albrecht. The opening song was by the high school chorus. Two [illegible] were played by Elsin Ec[illegible] and Sam Chidester, Rex[illegible] and D. Fount Brian, princ[illegible] the high school, sang one sel[illegible] da Morrell also sang one sel[illegible] Prayers were by Worthen J[illegible] George T Eckersley, th[illegible] ter dedicating the gave in[illegible] Fremont cemetery.
