GURN T. LINGENFELTER DIES IN SPRANKLES MILLS Gurn T. Lingenfelter, a life-long resident of the Sprankle Mills area, died in his home Wednesday afternoon in the 74th year of his life. He had been in poor health the past seven years of his life. The deceased was born near Sprankle Mills Oct. 9, 1872, a son of John U. and Eve Mauk Lingenfelter. A well known farmer in that vicinity, he was a member of the Barton Chapel Methodist Church. He is survived by one brother Hillis, at home, and the following nieces and Nephews: John Lingenfelter, Punxsutawney R. D. 5; Mark Lingenfelter, of Reynoldsville, Mrs Carl Mottern, of Dora; Mrs. Bruce Montgomery, of Fairchance, and Frank and Fannie Lingenfelter at home. Funeral services will be held in the Morrison Funeral Home here Saturday afternoon at 2 o`clock, Rev. Rhoads of Ringgold, will officiate and interment will be in the Ebenezer Cemetery.
