It seems that Mr. and Mrs. George Hislop and family are having more than their share of sorrow. Their eldest daughter, Chloe Thomas, was claimed by death last Saturday about four 0'clock after a brief illness. This makes four of their immediate family who have passed away within a year, all leaving little children.
Mr. and Mrs. Hislop now have thirteen grandchildren with one parent missing. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas have lived here practically all of their married life until last spring when they went to Kynne. Mrs. Thomas arrived here last Tuesday. They were unable to locate her husband who was on business in Price, until after she had passed away.
She leaves six children, four boys and two girls. They expect to hold the funeral services as soon as possible after her mother arrives from Nevada.
