REYNOLDS - John Bert Reynolds, son of Malcolm and Emma Reynolds, was born October 27, 1882, on a farm in Lucas County, south of Russell, and passed away August 20, 1968, at the Lucas County Memorial Hospital at the age of 85 years, nine months and 24 days.

Bert was born and grew to manhood and lived on the same farm until he retired in 1939 and moved to Russell.

He was united in marriage to Ethel Phillips on February 27, 1907. To this union four children were born, Arlan Reynolds, Lyle Reynolds, Audrey Larimer and Meda McKinley, all of Russell.

No more trials and tribulations,
No more pain along life's way.
At last our loved one's resting,
God called him home today.
And tho we'd like to keep him here,
We know it cannot be.
But, he will live on within our hearts
A cherished memory.

Husband of Ethel Irene Phillips. Son of Malcolm N. Reynolds and Emma E. Fenton.
