Annie Evelyn Tucker
Mrs. Annie Evelyn Perry Tucker, 88, of Hugheston passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2007, at home after a long illness.
Annie was a homemaker and a Protestant and lived most of her life in Kanawha County.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.R. Tucker.
Surviving: daughter, Anna Marie Wilkinson of Hugheston; sons, Arthur Ray Tucker of Hugheston and Ronald Lee Tucker of Clayton, N.C.; sisters, Mable Walker of Fayetteville, N.C., Edith Tucker of Buffalo and Delores Fleeming of Fernley, Nev.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, September 29, at Cooke Funeral Home Chapel, 600 Old Fort St., Cedar Grove, with Pastor Gary Tucker officiating. Burial will follow the services in Montgomery Memorial Park, London.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Cooke Funeral Home, Cedar Grove.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hughes Creek Community Church, P.O. Box 153, Hugheston, WV 25110, in memory of Annie E. Tucker.
