HURNDIN V. PERRY, 79, OF BETHEL
Ridge, Buffalo County, died Nov. 17, 1994, at Heartland of Charleston nursing home after a long illness.

He was a retired coal miner with 44 years' service, a farmer and an ordained Freewill Baptist minister.

Surviving: wife, Grace Perry; daughters, Judie Vaughan of Elkview, Joyce Harris of Buffalo; sons, George "Bill" of Scott Depot, Fred H. and Darrell G., both of Buffalo; sisters, Minnie Estep and Edith Tucker, both of Cannelton, Mary Hornsby of Londonderry, N. H., Evelyn Tucker of Hugheston, Mabel Walker of Fayetteville, N.C. , Deloris Flemings of Walnut Creek, Calif.; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Raynes Funeral Home, Buffalo, with the Rev. Berto Harrison and the Rev. Ivan "Pete" Cobb officiating. Burial will be in Perry Family Cemetery, Bethel Ridge.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
