Palmyra, Va. -- Mary Alice Hornsby, 86 of Palmyra, formerly of Kanawha County, WVa., died Wednesday, Nov 12, 1997, in Martha Jefferson Hospital Charlottesville, Va.
She was a member of the Church of God, Palmyra.Va.
Surviving; sons, Charles Perry of Smithers, WV., Ray Hornsby of Diamond, WV.; daughter, Sue Mentz of Palmyra; sisters, Minnie Estep of Cannelton, WV., Evelyn Tucker of Hugheston, WV., Edith Tucker of Buffalo, WV., Mabel Walker of North Carolina, Delores Flemings of Cedar Creek, California; nine grandchildren ; 17 great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 P.M. Friday at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery, WV. with the Rev. Roger Goodwin officiating. Burial will be in Ward Cem., Ward, WV.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 P.M. today at the funeral home.
