William R. Brogdon, who married Barbara Langley (daughter of William and Margaret Langley) on 30 Mar 1856, was killed in the Civil War on Oct 1862 in Gladsville, TN, and is buried there;
Sarah Octavia Brodgon, who was the first wife of William Parks Moore and lived in Gwinnett Co;
Joseph H. Brogdon, who married a lady named Julia A. and also lived in Gwinnett Co.; and
John Brogdon, who appears to have died young or in the war.
Unfortunately Margaret died by 1848 and was buried "under a big tree at the old house near Level Creek. " After her death, Harrison R. Brogdon married a lady named Mary Bolin by 1850 and had other children, the first born about 1849.
