Final Rites Held for Plemon Fletcher at Pinetta Church
Funeral services for Mr. Plemon G. Fletcher, Rt. 2, Ocilla, who passed away Saturday, August 1, 1970 at the Irwin County Hospital was held Tuesday, August 4 at Pinetta Baptist Church
Mr. Fletcher was a native of Irwin County, born February 14, 1906. He was the son of the late James Paulk and Lenora Hutchinson Fletcher. Mr. Fletcher was a member of Pinetta Baptist Church and the American Tree Farm System. He was engaged in tree farming.
Survivors are his wife Mrs. Nona Paulk Fletcher of Ocilla; four daughters; three brothers, Warren Fletcher,Frank Fletcher and Clinton Fletcher all of Ocilla; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Dorminy of Fitzgerald and Mrs. Sue Paulk of Willacoochee. Five grandchildren also survive.
Paulk Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
