Services will be at 2 PM Friday in the Coffey Chapel for Ray S. Bryant, 79, 308 W. Olive who died Wednesday in the local hospital.


Jerry McCorkle and Brent Adams will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery with grandsons serving as pallbearers.


Bryant a retired farmer, was a member of the Church of Christ.


He was married here in April 1972 to the former Elizabeth Broner who survives.


Other survivors are six children Loyd, Troy and W.J. Bryant,

Mrs. Wilma Ford, and Mrs. Ruby Bush all of the Durant,and

Floyd Bryant of Oklahoma City.


12 brothers and sisters also survive: Wilbur Bryant, Mrs.

Orphie Nolon, Mrs. Leonard Nolon and Mrs. Wilma Rogers of Arkansas.; Johnny Bryant and Mrs. Ruth Hines of Texas;

Mrs. Jessie Nobles, Mrs. Buford Harrington, Mrs.Roy Mangrin,

and Mrs. Betty Bland of Michigan; Mrs. David Galzier of New York; and Jim Bryant of Indiana.


The family will be at the Coffey Funeral Home from 7-8 PM

today.
