Lula Estelle Bell Zoeller was born 13 December 1904 in Anderson County, Texas to Jehu K. Bell and Mary Alice Conaway Bell. Her parents are buried in Bell Cemetery. She shares a stone with her husband, Philip Martin Zoeller. Lula was residing in Palestine, Texas at the time of her death on the 26 September 1978 in Dallas, Texas. She was survived by one son, William Martin Zoeller of Tennessee Colony; two daughters, Maxine Zoeller Daniel of Richardson and Katherine Merlene Zoeller Hammonds of Palestine; one brother, Marshall Bell of Malakoff; two sisters, Katie Bell Hefley Bacon and Florence "Flossie" Bell Eilenberger, both of Palestine; and eleven grandchildren. Her obituary appeared in the Palestine Herald-Press, 29 September 1978.
