His siblings were Steve H., Marshall, Mrs. Pack (Lottie May Bell) DuPree, Mary Ann Bell Horton, Mrs. Carl Bacon, Mrs. P.M. (Lula Estelle) Zoeller, and Mrs. Ernest (Florence Martha "Flossie") Bell Eilenberger.
Leo married Cecil Louise Kay and they had a son, Gerald Leo born September 11, 1939 in Anderson County, Texas. Gerald died March 19, 2005, in League City, Galveston Co., TX.
Later Leo married Blanche Harding Roy Reagan. At the time of his death he was married to Mary Catherine Bell.
Leo was a veteran of WW II.
