Born in Wapanucka, Oklahoma, Ella Enoyse Beavers, was the daughter of James Emory and Ella Addison Walton. The ninth child of the ten children in the family, Enoyse attended and graduated from the Wapanucka School District in 1930. The family moved to Jourdanton, Texas in 1934 where James Emory farmed and Enoyse worked in the Jourdanton School Superintendent's office and, later, in the Jourdanton Court House for the County Agricultural Agent.

She married Olen Conroe Beavers on February 3, 1934 and they were the parents of four children; Fred Walton, Barbara Enoyse, Virginia Edith and Nancy Ann Beavers. Enoyse and Olen moved to New Orleans in 1964 where he worked as an insurance estimator and as a concrete contractor. They relocated to Corpus Christi in 1973 and lived there until Olen's death in 1975. Later, Enoyse moved to Jourdanton, Texas and lived for many years next door to her older sister, Ann Taylor.

After her oldest sister's health forced her to be placed in a nursing home, Enoyse moved to the Wedgewood Apartments in San Antonio where she lived for several years. In time, health concerns made it necessary to move her to Hamilton House where she was living at the time of her death.
