Hillsboro - The funeral of Doyle C. Rogers, 51, Route 2, Hillsboro, will be at 2 P.M Friday at Wheeler United Pentecostal Church, with Bill Davis and L. D. Overton Sr. officiating. The grave side service will be at Murphy's Chapel Cemetery, Florence, Alabama.

He died Monday in a trucking accident in Norfolk, Virginia. He was pastor for the Wheeler United Pentecostal Church and a veteran of the Korena War. He was a truck driver for National Floor Products, Florence, Alabama.

Survivors, include his wife, Janet Rogers, Hillsboro, sons: Charles Kenneth Rogers, Moulton, Danny Leo Rogers, Florence, Robert Edward Rogers, Hillsboro: Daughters, Debra Faulkner, Flornece, Patsy Brown, Littleville, Gena Kay Rogers, Hillsboro: Brothers, Moody Rogers, Decatur, Pat Rogers, Huey Rogers, both of Florence: Sisters, Daisy Peters, Gertie Haddock, Dorothy White, Vernette Arnold, Mary Murphy, Ruby Johnson, all of Florence, Toye Murphy, Brandinburg, Kentucky, Ann Risner, Huntsville and a number of Grandchildren.
