Alice Frances Wilson, 78, of Bloomington died Wednesday, Dec.3, 2008, at Golden Living Center in Bloomington.

She was born on December 23, 1929, in Brown County, the daughter of William B. and Eva M. (Mount) Ayers. She attended school in Brown County at Elkinsville School. She was a retired employee of the former RCA of Bloomington. Most importantly, she was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Survivors include her three daughters, Brenda (Doug) Strain of Harrodsburg, Becky Wilson (Richard Hillenburg) of Ellettsville and Kim (Mike) Deckard of Bloomington; two sisters, Dolly Hardin of Nashville and Mona Jean Reed; two brothers, Herman Ayers of Martinsville and James Ayers of Shiloh, Georgia; six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Esther B. Ayers, Marie Graham and Carmin Powell; and two brothers, Russell K. Ayers and Joe Ayers.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Allen Funeral Home, 4155 S. Old State Rd. 37, with Rev. Wendy VanderZee officiating. Burial will be at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
