One of the saddest things which has occurred in our midst for years, is the sudden death of Walter Power Friday morning, after an illness of two weeks. He was first taken with a sore throat which developed so seriously as to be contagious and the family placed in quarantine.
Mr. Power was nearly 17 years of age, but had not passed the stage where you cease to think of him as a lad. He was a genuine home boy with many friends and playmates. Deep sympathy is expressed for the bereaved family.
