Lydia L. Irish, 81, Scio, died at Lebanon Community hospital Tuesday morning, following an extended illness.

She was born at Parker's Prairie, MN., May 7, 1882, and came to Oregon in 1902. She moved to Scio from Wren, Oregon in 1946.

She was a member of the Scio Christian church. She is survived by her son, Grant, Scio; two daughters, Grace Johnson, Scio; and Mrs. Jessie Monty, Blatchlie, Oregon. She has three brothers in Canada.

Services will be Friday, 3 pm at Jost Funeral Home, Lebanon Mennonite church, with the Rev. Millard Osborne officiating.
