Donald Albert Denby was the son of John Albert and Hazel (Howe) Denby. He was a brother of Lucille Emily Clutter, Laura Hazel Day, Irene Ada Anderson, Douglas James, John Richard, Kenneth Edward and Wayne Frederick Denby. He married Marion Louise Crisman about 1933 and they had nine children. He was a truck driver in the Oil Business in the Chicago area where he lived with his family for many years. He passed away at an early age of 40 at Cook County Hospital due to heart disease. He was preceded in death by son Roger Eugene Denby on January 11, 1947 in Delhi Twp., Ingham Co., MI. His other daughter, Betty Louise Denby died later due to a drowning accident on June 2, 1968 at Starved Rock State Park in Utica, IL.
