Gasham Case was born March 16, 1815 in West Cincinnati, OH. Case first came to San Bernardino in 1852. He worked as a freighter between Utah and California for many years. He also acted as a horse doctor, a cooper, as well as doing farming. Gasham died October 20, 1885 in San Bernardino.
