CARROLLTON — Ora Mae Cagle Milton, 100, of Carrollton died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors Coulter Road Chapel with the Rev. Chad Mantooth of Temple Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, 8310 S. Coulter St.

Ora Mae was born Dec. 12, 1911, in Seminole County, Okla., to Harmon Isaac and Wallace Wilson Cagle. Her family moved to Quail in 1917. Ora Mae attended West Texas State University, majoring in elementary education. She married Otis Archie Milton on May 11, 1935. They moved to Amarillo along with their children in 1950. Ora Mae taught in Amarillo school district until she retired in 1961.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis, at age 71 on Feb. 18, 1982; and her eldest daughter, Linda Walden Woods, on May 3, 2009.

Survivors include a son, Harvey Lynn Milton of Nazareth; two daughters, Otisa Prater and Peggy Milton, both of Carrollton; five grandchildren, Kevin Walden, Karen Milton Esqueda, Kathy Milton Gallagher, Kristi Milton and Clint Prater; 10 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

The family will be receiving friends before the service at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
