Fern Marie Lininger, 77, Friendsville, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2008, at Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.
Born Oct. 15, 1930, in Selbysport, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Elizabeth (Humberson) Selby. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Ruth Ann Motz.
She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and the Women of the ELCA. She was also a member of the Ladies' Auxiliary of the Friendsville Volunteer Fire Department. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, James; one son; one daughter; one brother; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
