Mrs. Martha Myers, Ulman, a native of Cole County, died Sunday at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis at age 85.
The daughter of Woosley and Minerva Pierce, Mrs. Myers was born Oct. 25, 1871 in Cole County. She was married to William M. Myers, who died in January, 1955.
She is survived by Perry Myers, Seattle, Wash., a daughter Mrs. Margaret Alvarez, St. Louis; eight grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren; two brothers, James Pierce, Etterville and John Pierce, state of Arkansas; and a sister, Ethel Music, Brumley.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Mountain View Church of Christ near Iberia. Burial will be in the Hickory Point Cemetery.
