Mrs. Margaret Gunn, 84, Eldon, died Tuesday, April 13, 1982, at Memorial Hospital in Jefferson City. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Bethany Lutheran Church with the Rev. Stuart Schulz officiating. Burial will be in Greenmore Memorial Gardens at Barnett, under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home.
She was born Aug. 1, 1897, at Ulman to William and Martha Pierce Myers. In 1962 she was married to Edward G. Gunn, who died Aug 15, 1970. Mrs. Gunn had lived in Eldon for about 25 years. She was a member of the Eldon Garden Club and was a charter member of the Bethany Lutheran Church.
Surviving are one son, Jack Jones, Russellville; two daughters, Mrs. Ed (Billie) Martin, Sedonia, Ariz.; and Mrs. Eugene (Artie) Lewison, Long Beach, Calif.; two step-sons, Ed Gunn, Rochester, N.Y. and Greg Gunn, St. Louis; and eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
