Miss Agnes Ablett of 87 Vliet St., Cohoes, a retired school teacher, died at the Northside Convalescent Home, Waterford, following a long illness. Miss Ablett was a life long resident of Cohoes and a graduate of the former New York State Normal School, Albany. After being an instructor in Mechanicville, she had been a member of the teaching staff of School 4, Cohoes, for a number of years, retiring about ten years ago. She was a communicant of St. Agnes’ Church, Cohoes. Survivors are three nieces, the Misses Clara B. and Dorothy F. Ablett and Mrs. Patrick Quinn, all of Cohoes, and by three nephews, Frank J. Ablett of New York City, Frederick Ablett of Delmar and City Court Judge W. Stanton of Cohoes.
