Mr Cox was a farmer all his life and had lived in the same house in which he was born July 14,1916. He was the son of Alfred and Anna Mary Hoke Cox. He is survived by his wife, Anice; two sons, James and Phillip,both at home; two brothers Earl of Greensburg, Pa, and Raymond of New Carlisle;three sisters, Miss Helen Cox and Mrs Roy ( Dorothy )Young of New Carlisle and Mrs Jerry (Mary Emma) Sharp of North Vernon, Indiana.Burial took place in Myers Cemetery, North Hampton, Ohio
