Raymond A. Cox, 75, of New Carlisle died unexpectedly Tuesday,April 26, 1988 at Grandview Hospital, Dayton. He was born May 13,1912 in Clark County, the son of Alpheus A. and Annie M. (HOKE) COX. He was a retired materials handler fro Chrysler Air-temp and attended the New Carlisle Church of the Nazarene. Raymond was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Cox, a brother, Albert A. Cox. Survived by his wife of 50 years, Mary; daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and William Waymire of Lewisville, Texas; two grandchildren, Cindy and Billy; a brother, Earl W. of Greensburg, Pennsylvania; two sisters, Dorothy Young of New Carlisle,

Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday in the Trostel-Chapman Funeral Home, New Carlisle with Brother Robert Ferguson and Pastor Al Mason officiating. Burial in New Carlisle Cemetery. Family will receive friends 5:00-8:00 PM Friday in the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
