Anna T. Anderson passed away Friday, August 1, at a hospital in Rochester after an illness of nine months. She was born Dec. 6, 1884 in Carlos township and was 62 years, seven months and 25 days of age at the time of her death. When she was 19 years of age, she moved to Minneapolis and learned the dress making trade and was employed at this until her illness. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lake Ida Lutheran church. Miss Anderson is survived by five sisters and two brothers. They are: Edith (Mrs. Jack Smith)of Spruce Hill; Mrs. Sigrid Olson of Nelson; Mrs. Alma Matthews of Minneapolis; Hilda (Mrs. Harry Bedman) of Alexandria, Frances (Mrs. Walter Affeldt) of Alexandria; Theodore, Ida township and Alfred of Miltona. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Anderson Funeral Home, Dr. O. O. Gustafson officiating. Pallbearers were Harry Bedman, Walter Affeldt, Jack Smith, Elvin Martin, Marlin Affeldt and Frank Smith. Interment was made at the Lake Ida Lutheran cemetery.
