On Thursday, July 19, 2012 Wallace J. Duckworth age 82 of Towson. Wallace served in both the U.S. Marines and U.S. Navy. He retired from Baltimore Gas & Electric as an Engineer Specialist on February 1, 1992 with 40 years of service. He was the beloved husband of Mary C. (nee Campbell) Duckworth of 58 years; devoted father of David Wallace Duckworth and his wife Joann, Kathy Seymour and her husband Michael, Carolyn V. Ensminger and her husband Rick; brother of Melvin Duckworth and Tess Graves; grandfather of Patrick and Kevin Seymour.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Anthony's Shrine 16140 St. Anthony Road, Emmitsburg, MD 21717.
