HEART ATTACK CLAIMS LIFE OF GARDEN CITY MAN
Delbert Charles Hansen, 64, of Garden City died about 5 p.m. on Wednesday of an apparent heart attack while seated in his parked car in front of the home of Leonard Perkins at Fish Haven. Mr. Perkins, away at the time, on returning home discovered Mr. Hansen's death and report[ed] it to Sherif O.E. Morton.
Sheriff Morton said Mr. Hansen had driven to the Perkins home to pick up milk and was awaiting Mr. Perkins' return when he suffered the heart seizure.
Services are set for 1 p.m. on Saturday in the Garden City LDS Ward chapel. Matthews Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
