"Together Again"

NO. OGDEN - LeRoy B. Hansen, 85, passed away peacefully at his daughter and son-in-laws home on February 23, 2014. He was born May 16, 1928 in Garden City, Utah. He is the son of Charles and Vilate Hansen He attended North Rich High School He married Betty Calder on Sept. 18, 1950; of this marriage two children were born, Peggy (Ed)Bell of Farr West and Michael (Jody) Hansen of Morgan; also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Our dad was proud of his kids and grand kids.

He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad, retiring after 30 years. His hobbies were hunting and fishing. being outdoors and spending time with his family.

Dad was an excellent shot with his rifle We always deer hunted in the mountains above Bear Lake. He would go to the same rock-cliff each year with his son and brothers. This place became known as Roys rock and the hunters all knew it.

He was a member of the LDS Church and was a High Priest He was sealed to his loving wife on May 17, 2002. Dad was a good father, grandfather, brother, uncle, great-grandfather and friend.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty: parents and 13 brothers and sisters; he was the last survivor of 14 children.

Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery.
